MGA Real Estate's Acquisition Project

Our real estate consultants at MGA Real Estate Development Consultancy had the privilege of acquiring a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of one of our major clients.

It was a real honour for us as a real estate consultancy firm to work with one of our clients on this rare opportunity of such a high-quality portfolio in London.  Whilst this is not a development project, it is a testament to our successful approach of getting to know our clients, their motivation and what success means to them. 

We promised to work closely with this client to develop the solutions and advice that will achieve their particular aims and add value to them as an organisation, and that is exactly what we did with this acquisition. The outcome of the acquisition process demonstrated the negotiation skills and experience of our consultants.
