We act on behalf of developers to source sites and we match developers to sites placed with us by landowners. We are currently promoting some off market sites. We currently act on behalf of local authorities. We are advising on area regeneration programmes in North London, providing strategic advice on approach to regeneration, options appraisal, feasibility and viability assessments. We are also providing advice on the obligations under a development agreement and Compulsory Purchase Order indemnity agreement. 

We also offer acquisition and disposal services to our local authority clients.

We advise registered charities on the acquisition of properties and development of  sites for their occupation. We  also act as agents for the disposal of their surplus properties and advice on strategic development matters, such as release of value to fund core operations or investment in their occupational properties.

We advise our registered charity clients on the compliance of their transactions with the Charitites Act 2011 and prepare reports in compliance with the Act.
